Editorial policy
Clear Living Culture aims to be accurate, independent and candid about what its articles can establish. Familiarity is not evidence, and a confident tone cannot make a weak claim stronger.
Accuracy and context
We check factual statements against relevant, identifiable sources and keep claims proportionate to the material available. We distinguish established information from interpretation, avoid presenting one community's practice as universal and do not invent quotations, events or examples. When a detail is uncertain or varies by context, we say so rather than smoothing it into a false rule.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial judgement remains separate from commercial arrangements. Payment or another material partnership does not buy a favourable conclusion, a review or control over an editorial decision. Any sponsored article, paid placement or partner contribution is labelled clearly where readers encounter it. Partner links and other commercial placements are identified as such; we do not present them as independent editorial recommendations.
Corrections
Readers can report a possible error through the Contact page. We review the specific claim, check it against available information and correct material errors when warranted. When a correction changes the meaning of an article, we make the change clear in the article rather than silently leaving readers with a misleading impression.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be AI-generated. Illustrations are visual aids, not documentary evidence; we do not use them to imply that an invented scene is a record of an actual person or event.
Meaning hides in the ordinary
We look past the familiar surface to ask what a habit or object does, who it suits and which assumptions it carries.
